If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.

Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
• Damaged, leaked, or tampered packaging
• Wrong or missing item
• Expired or near-expiry product -
Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.
Important Notes for Return:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
• Items with opened seals, broken packaging, or signs of consumption will not be accepted due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
• Products should be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
• Health supplements, oils, capsules, and juices once opened are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Minor variations in color, taste, or texture due to natural ingredients are not considered defects.
• Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
