Berryessence Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Berryessence Refer & Earn Program allows registered affiliates to earn rewards by referring customers to purchase products through their unique referral code or link.


2. Eligibility

  • Must provide accurate details while registering
  • Berryessence reserves the right to approve or reject any application


3. Referral Process

  • Each affiliate will receive a unique referral code/link
  • The code must be shared with new customers only
  • A referral is considered successful only when:
    • The customer completes a valid purchase using the code
    • The order is successfully delivered and not returned/cancelled


4. Rewards & Commission

  • Affiliates will earn a pre-defined commission or reward on every successful referral
  • Commission structure may vary and will be communicated separately
  • Rewards are applicable only on net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts)


5. Payout Terms

  • Payouts will be processed on a 15th of every month 
  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹1000
  • Payments will be made via [Bank Transfer / UPI / Wallet]
  • Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in payout hold or cancellation


6. Coupon Usage Rules

  • Referral codes cannot be used by the affiliate for their own purchases
  • Self-referrals will not be eligible for commission
  • Berryessence reserves the right to cancel commissions in such cases


7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a referred order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the commission will be reversed
  • Only successfully completed orders qualify for rewards


8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Use spam, misleading ads, or false claims
  • Run paid ads using Berryessence brand keywords without permission
  • Impersonate the brand or create fake offers
  • Share referral codes on coupon/deal websites without approval

Violation may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings

9. Brand Usage

  • Affiliates may use Berryessence marketing creatives provided by the company
  • Any custom creatives must align with brand guidelines
  • Misuse of brand identity is strictly prohibited


10. Account Termination

Berryessence reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time
  • Cancel pending rewards in case of policy violations


11. Program Changes

  • Berryessence may update commission structure, rules, or terms at any time
  • Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms


12. Liability

Berryessence is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, tracking failures, or payment delays beyond control
  • Any indirect or consequential losses
