At Berryessence, we strive to deliver high-quality, natural wellness products. Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and exchange policy to ensure hygiene and safety.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- All products sold on Berryessence are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
- We request customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.
- By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We only accept replacement requests under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, or
- The product received is incorrect
Conditions for Acceptance:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video or clear images must be provided
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
How to Request:
Please email us at support@berryessence.in with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Supporting images or video
3. Replacement Policy
- Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
- In case a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product does not suit your skin/body
- Allergic reactions (customers are advised to perform a patch test before use)
- Minor packaging differences or natural variations in products
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
6. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Order refusal
The customer will be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
